Our special guests for an unprecedented truffle experience
The Filosofia Naturale line, introduced last year, was the theme of an unprecedented event organized by Urbani Tartufi to communicate its revolutionary features to the influencers and content creators operating in the fields of food and sustainability.
A few months after the celebration of its 170th anniversary, Urbani Tartufi continues its sustainability journey, creating and promoting eight products made without artificial flavors, to bring truffle and porcini mushrooms from the land to the table, in the greenest way possible. The line’s top products are the brand’s classics, Italian and international icons, directly extracted from vegetable raw materials, only with natural flavors.
On September 25th and 26th, a group of influencers and content creators were invited to live a unique experience in the wonderful setting of the Umbrian hills: a proper immersion in the world of truffle. A journey through the lands of Valnerina – between Scheggino and Spoleto, where the company is based-, but also of Truffleland -Urbani’s latest startup dedicated to truffle cultivation-. Here everyone can experience the memory of truffle in its Museum, created by the Urbani family, and the Truffle Academy, where the intense flavors and fruits of the land become first-class cuisine.
Through the tasting experience and Chef Daniele Rossi’s cooking show, the guests had the chance to taste Urbani’s most precious truffles and the products of the “Filosofia Naturale” line. A gourmet appetizer made of croutons with creamed codfish, valerian, pine nuts and “Filosofia Naturale”’s truffles welcomed the guests’ palates to a two days’ gastronomical journey in the name of sustainability and quality.

The “Filosofia Naturale” line includes black and white truffle oil, black and white truffle sauce, porcini mushrooms and truffle sauce, porcini mushrooms sauce, summer truffle carpaccio and whole summer truffles, to meet the needs of the consumers, increasingly more aware not only of the quality of the products and their ingredients’ origin, but also of the production and packaging’s environmental impact. A line that enhances Urbani Tartufi’s attention and care for the Planet, fundamental elements of the company’s policies and essential values of the great Urbani family.
The brand has been supporting for a long time now the future of the truffle field and the environment also through the huge Truffleland project: an ecological and sustainable initiative aimed not only at producing truffle plants, but also at compensating CO2 and creating biodiversity to repurpose a whole territory. A place where people work for the future of truffle and of the environment, that our guests were able to experience first-hand, thanks to a guided tour to discover the greenhouses and cultivated lands.
